They were married today at The Villa Emile Guglielmo Winery. We had the honor and privilege of catering their wedding reception.



Today's catering at Guglielmo Winery marked the start of our 10th year as being one of their preferred caterers. We are proud and truly blessed to be part of this team. Thank you to the Guglielmo family, the event coordinators (Brooke, Colleen, and Katrina), and all the winery staff for allowing us to be there.


Jenn & Ryan's reception was for about 190 guests under the giant tent on the lawn. The service style was a buffet complete with china and black & white linens.

The menu included:

  • USDA Choice Red Wine Marinated Tri-Tips; Carved Buffet Side
  • Filet of Chicken Marsala
  • Fettuccini Alfredo
  • Roasted New Potatoes
  • Fresh Vegetable Medley
  • Garden Salad
  • Fresh Seasonal Fruit Platter
  • Fresh Baked Rolls & Butter
  • Hors d' Oeuvres: Jumbo Chilled Prawns w/ Caper-Cocktail Sauce, Baked Artichoke Heart Truffles, Teriyaki Chicken Skewers, Petite Crab Cakes w/ Artichoke Aioli
