This evening we are catering Veronica's quincenera at The Terrace at Willow Glen. The party will have approximately 250 attendees. On the menu tonight is:

• Carnitas
• Chicken Enchiladas
• Mexican Style Rice
• Black Beans
• Garden Salad w/ Salsa Vinaigrette
• Fresh Corn Tortillas
• Fresh Seasonal Fruit Platters


• And of course a full bar!
